THE EDITORIAL PROCESS

How this calendar works

psyched.events gathers publicly announced, in-person events from organizers across Colorado. Our aim is to make dates and sources easy to compare in one place.

What appears here?

We include dated Colorado gatherings about psychedelics, herbal medicine, mushrooms and mycology, integration, and closely related practices. We also select sound baths and immersive art that invite reflection or altered-state exploration. “Psychedelic focused” means the organizer explicitly describes a psychedelic topic. “Related topics” may have no psychedelic component. General concerts and attractions are outside this calendar’s scope.

What does “Natural Medicine” mean here?

Colorado uses “Natural Medicine” for a defined legal framework involving certain psychedelic substances. Our Natural Medicine topic highlights events whose public source explicitly connects them to that framework. Herbalism, general mycology, and breathwork are not automatically part of it. This editorial label does not verify licensing, legal status, or what is permitted at an event. Read the Colorado law and check details with the organizer.

How are events checked?

Each event links to a public organizer or registration page. We record its date, city, host, venue, price when stated, and the day we last checked that source. If registration is unavailable, the venue is private, or the source has conflicting details, we flag that on the event page. We do not invent dates for recurring events. Confirmed repeat dates share one card in the list, while each date keeps its own page and calendar entry.

Are these all Colorado events?

No. Smaller groups may announce events through newsletters or private social channels that we cannot see. A city absent from the area list has no current listing in this calendar; events may still be happening there. We add new public dates as we find and verify them.

Where we look

Our source directory includes psychedelic societies, mycology clubs, herbal schools, botanical gardens, public venues, and organizer pages throughout Colorado. Examples include The Nowak Society, Denver Botanic Gardens, Colorado Mycological Society, and Telluride Mushroom Festival. A directory entry is a research lead, not a confirmed future event.

Help us keep a listing accurate

Publisher: psyched.events, an independent Colorado events calendar. The calendar is not operated by the listed organizers.

Use this form to report a wrong date, venue, price, access note, or broken source. A site editor reviews reports against the organizer’s public page before changing a listing. Contact email is optional and is used only if we need to clarify your report.

Please leave out medical history, private ceremony locations, and other sensitive details. Reports enter a private review queue; optional email is cleared when review ends. Privacy policy
